How to Improve Batting Practice Routine (demo)
Everyone can learn how to become an elite baseball player, coach and parent.
The most important part of hitting is the mental side. The second most important is creating strong, fast twitch muscles. The third most important is your local private instructors all time favorite, mechanics. I intentionally try to avoid mechanics during this course because it simply isn't what I enjoy most. I have always been fascinated with how athletes think, pitch selection and the mental side of baseball. In fact, many things can be improved throughout the swing by simply improving intentions. If you somehow find a way to hit the ball on the barrel consistently your average funky mechanics could actually work.
However, if you have the best mechanics in the world but can't hit off speed pitches, can't adjust your timing mid pitch, and have terrible pitch selection you will surely fizzle out into an average high school player despite your cool looking swing. I created this course because the travel baseball industry is far more advanced than ever. Kids mechanics are better than they have ever. I believe now more than ever parents, players and coaches are hungry to increase their baseball IQ. I created this course for coaches, parents and players who want to improve their performance.
To the coaches, this course is the 90% mental side that everyone preaches about but doesn't teach. All of these tools, tricks and theories are taken directly from other professionals or I teach and use myself everyday. All methods are proven strategies. You can apply this information at any age or level depending on the skillset of the player. Please keep in mind if you are teaching younger players it is important to not overwhelm them with this information. Too much information for young kids at once can lead to discouragement and lack of interest. Give them just enough to keep them learning and developing their skill sets.
To the parents, please feel free to implement this information to help improve your practice routines and bonding time with your kid. At the end of the day baseball is a game and you should try and make it fun. There are many ways to use this information and make it fun. I chose this platform because of how it easy it is to share, watch and access from any device. Leave the yelling and screaming to the coaches. Kids don't need another coach at home, they need a parent. Your kids performance is not a reflection on your parenting abilities. Push your kids to honor their commitment in everything they do and inspire them to appreciate the benefits and necessity of the "extra work."
To the players, this is 10 years worth of knowledge compacted into a single course. This information cannot be found on YouTube and is not common knowledge. Most people have never heard of these tactics and those who learn and apply these methods gain a significant edge on their opponents. How do I know? Because I did it myself in college and as a professional not to long ago. My main advice to current athletes is always be receptive to new information. You don't have to do everything everyone says but always seek new information. Take what others teach and find a way to make it your own. This game is great because it is not determined by size. You can be a successful hitter at any size. You don't have to be the biggest, strongest or fastest when you are the smartest.
To everyone else, many would consider this my life's work. I consider this my official gift to the baseball community. I will always be grateful for the memories, places and relationships I created through the sport I love so much. Thank you for your interest in this course and I am looking forward to teaching you everything I have learned over the last decade. When you enroll in this course you will receive 25 short video lessons, a few quizzes, multiple pdf documents and access to me to personally to answer any questions you may have throughout the course.
